Institutional Critique for Kindergarten

The installation Institutional Critique for Kindergarten reflects on children’s education, the cultural history of the whistles as well as the relation between body and instrument.
It consists of two upscaled whistles made of pine and oak and a multi-channel sound installation comprising a polyrhythmic composition for whistles, made with a computer controlled whistles instrument designed by the artist.
